th proplem is there is never going to be a meet if everyone um's and ar's!

There is too many organizers in this region IMO.

Someone just pick a date and that will be that!

we have only one organiser, Kerry. there are too many organisors in this thread though! you hit nail on the head, pick a date and stick to it.

i'm organising two events at the mo. chose the date and location, ppl who can turn up will....
