Good luck, sometimes works, sometimes doesnt

Rag it there often helps, heard putting news paper in the airbox works as well

As long as the emisions are at the correct level you will be ok. Don't think having a cat is part of the mot check.

no chance, i had murder with mine, had to buy a brand new cat, lanba sensor, put standerd cat back exhuast on, standerd ait filter, change sprak plugs and oil and finally passed after the standerd echuast went on, lol.

Just make sure that the engine is hot when getting tested so give it a good rag on the way there

i have new sources, thanks anyways joe shall remember in the future. like i said im just lazy and cba puttin the cat back on! everything else is all legit (apart from plates and HIDs poss ) brakes all just sorted, practical new tyres, has 4 wheels in the right place etc

To pass MOT it doesnt have to be there

however

If the emissions are too high then it will fail



What engine size and age is your car ?

I'd think so tbph..out of interest, does whererever your taking it do a free retest ? If so then there is definately no point worrying

Mines no Cat either, its a full manifold change on the Paxos as well, My MOT tester has a few niggles with his heating, I scratch his back, he scratches mine
