Ok, i went to Vauxhall today to get hold of some brand new ones. I took them home and they're the same size as the ones I have, so I took them back.
I asked her if there are different ones on a GSI and she said theyre all the same.
Could you possibly post those Terry?

Take the old ones off, and re-fit them, they may of slid over and caused a gap.

Take everything off the door, speakers, handles, door cards, etc etc. Take a hose and see exactly where the water is coming from. Then bodge together the seals to make it work.

I bodged it up earlier and ill add some more tommorow, water still gets in when i put the hose over the hole... but normal rain wont produce that much water in such a small area.
Ill try again tommorow

I went to the scrappy and got 2 more seals from a 3 door. They were the same size, the drivers one was shorter!
I just moved them both forward and filled the holes at the back with sealer

ok, i finally snapped...
Instead of mounting the speaker adapters onto the door directly, I put some small pieces of wood on the screws before screwing them onto the door so they sit 2cm further out from the door now.
You're probably thinking... "wont that mean the cover/door pocket wont go on anymore" and id answer... "why yes" so I just simply cut a massive speaker-shaped hole in the fucking thing! looks kindof tacky if you take the time to look at it but from a glance its not that bad!
Not posting pictures becuase it probably will look shit... lol
Sorted.... for now!
