Hi all, I've got a B' type 94 1.5TD. I did the white ring and boost mod back in FEB this year. Its fooked my clutch. Its been squealing and slippin and lately I can't hill climb without revs going into orbit. I'm lucky to have a 'Pot' type flywheel, so I'll enjoy taking the gearbox off

Does anyone know a shortcut? When I did the Gaiter boots on the drive shafts, I found a shortcut. The Haynes manual goes round the houses. Can you help, please?

Regards

cant be done without removing the gearbox unless it has a clutch inspection plate like the early f13's had.

Hi Dave A. Yes it has an inspection cover. When I did it last, a mechanic popped by to look at it. He said I'd have to take the box off. I have to be honest and say I don't like the bloke. He did a bit of work and over charged me, but allowed me to pay weekly. But yeah there's a cover, what do you think?

looks liek you got the quick change clutch,

you can change a clutch without dropping the box on the other gear box but you have the hand it on the shafts and stuff saw someone do it at a mr clutch, changed one within half hour
