cant figure out why my engine is real lean despite running larger injectors and more fuel pressure than standed, reds and 4 bar on phase 2 chips.
had a boost leak which is now fixed as i removed the chav valve. think the spring was being forced open under boost.
fuel pump is a walbro 255 so should be no problems there. my mate suggested hed heard of people with big power xe's running larger fuel lines 8mm instead of 6mm (or so i here). any comments on that or suggestions as to were the problem may lye?

corsa lines are all 8mm anyway.
what method are you using to check the air/fuel ratio? what readings are you getting?

i have a innovate wideband sensor and gauge dave which also controlls the ecu sig. getting 12.5 eventually under full throtle but it takes a while to drop to that level so sometimes under 1bar it will be as high as 14.5. sensor has recently been calibrated aswell.

How much boost? Which turbo?
Got a fuel pressure gauge? Pump might not be getting decent electrical feed.

Mine were 6mm and caused me enough grief fueling wise.
Is the fuel reg working right, i.e. no splits in the vacuum pipe going to it as the fuel pressure needs to increase with increasing manifold pressure.

t3 ar/42 15psi held
throws up codes for to high lambda voltage and boost pressure too high even when running 5psi boost. well confused with the whole thing
also pressure regaulator itself sounds like the noise a vacumn leak would make. not sure if thats normal?
