MSD in blackpool.
£275 for live mapping a 1.6 ECU last time i checked.
Their work is supposedly very, very good. They come highly reccomended on Passionford.

is that on the stanerd ecu? do they raise the rev limit at the same time?

Yes, standard EPROM chip taken out and a reprogrammable one put back in. Can do with the limit, depends on ECU type.
