Not corsa related but Cavalier where most of you scumbags steal your engines from..

Had a wee smoke screen incident tonight after the car sooked oil trough a breather when I was going round a roundabout quite hard.. Is there any tutorials onlinbe on how to do the breather mod to a red top?

Cheers for help in advance, I'm away to top my oil up..

I think nearly everyone has done it now, remove the rocker cover and cut out the metal plate underneth apart from a smallm section on the back where the breather exits, bend that down a little as to reduce an oil that gets splashed out.

Thanks for the u2u chris about the fitting kit i'll order it probably on monday. Do you NEED the plate or will the way i've done it be ok. I've made sure it is clean of all traces of sealant before i screwed it back in.

As mentioned above by Ste, there are many ways to modify the breather system, i have seen all the ones above used successfully but have only done the one using the plate myself.
