Thanks for the input everyone, quite shocked no one has voted for the 206 GT though? Why is this?

They're fast enough (2 litre, 138bhp), they're pretty rare when you consider they only brought over 600 RHD models, look a bit different with the extended bumpers, and they have a half leather interior, climate control, and a little sticker on the B-pillar stating what number the car is

I am going to look at one tomorrow

Toyota Starlet GT Turbo!!

If you're tall with big feet you've got no chance of driving the polo GTI... I'm 6'3 and have size 13 feet and my foot kept getting stuck all the time and I couldn't even change gear!

With a 0-60 time of 9.4 I'd say the Polo GTi is the mild hatch out the group. In fact that's slooooooow.

I'd agree, the 206 is also mild though.

At least the polo is put together well and looks ok with a few choice mods (BBS rims and it's 100% more desirable than the pug )

206 0-60 = 7.8, compared to 9.4 on the Polo.... night & day really.

Looked at, and test drove, two 206 GT's yesterday and have put down a deposit on GT no. 1329... I pick it up Wednesday, can't wait

Anyone know any good 206 forums?

Prepare to be disapointed with the 2.0 206, I've heard bad things about them.

Would of personally gone for a Polo.
