For some reason when I click an image I cant "set as background"
Always have been there, now for some reason its gone 
Any ideas?

have you enabled your desktop as "Active Background" ?

Instead of using 'set as background' on an image. Do this...
Save the image somewhere
Control panel » Display » 'Desktop' tab » Browse
Then find your image where you saved it.
Not sure why 'set as background' isn't working for you. Windows will only allow you to set '.bmp .gif .jpg .jpeg .dib .png' as your background, could it be that it isn't one of those? Dunno

Use Windows XP
Browser is BT Yahoo!
Like I said, has always worked in the past, just last night when I wanted to change the picture it was gone
