reverse threaded LASER sockets from halfords are about a tenner i think, they should do the job

Got it off finally!!
You've got no idea the fight we had to remove this fucking bolt
Tried banging on a bigger socket - snapped it!! It was a fucking snap-on socket aswell 
Got the MMA Mig welder out, welded a nut on the top of the bolt, tried turning it & the freshly welded nut just came right back off!!
Starting to loose the plot & decided to drill it, finally it came off!!
phew!
