I do think this PC stuff has gone too far the other way, but I suppose it's better than the casual racism in the media and TV shows from days gone by, Love Thy Neighbour for example, "I'll swing for that bloody nig-nog!" etc.

i asked a sales man about this at our renault garage, and he does really understand it, but there is a limit too how much they can do to give the customer a great deal
