Model is a Thomson 21DM183, cant find any instructions for it online anywhere

Good luck, I found this info:

The company TTE Europe which manufactured and marketed the Thomson television sets ceased its activities in May 2007; the Thomson Helpline is no longer available.
Should you require assistance please contact your original retailer.
