seems to be alot of rave on here over COD4, but there was also alot over COD3 and i didnt think it was that great.
would normally download both demos but there isnt any for either games on xbl yet and my mate with the ps3 has no internet in his new house.
anyone played both? which one would you choose?

I've got both mate
I'm hooked on shootem up games so COD4 is up my street.... its a MUST BUY!
Then got assassin creed a week after. Played it for about 4-5 hours in the first week but since then I've been on COD4. I am thinking of selling AC on ebay. Its just too slow for my liking... I like the mayheem in COD4, Gears, Halo 3 over the adverture games.
AC is a good and intresting game... story line is abit weird but if your into adverture gaming then its worth a try

I currently have both and COD4 is the one for me. AC is amazing, but it doesn't have the pick and up play appeal that COD4 has. I always want to play COD4.

I'd go for COD 4 aswell, Assassins creed is good but two - three nights of playing it and it's over, apart from flag collecting which gets boring.

ditto i now have both and tbh cod4 is more appealing to the general gamers. my mate popped round and was glued to cod4 but lost interest in assasins, more of a game you need to play from the start

I never liked a first person shooter until COD4, have completed it in very few hours, but just gotten into he online multi player whic is the bollocks (bought it yesterday)
