3rd one ive had now and all break , this one now keeps crashing and screen goes on and off, I cant access numbers or messages , which has put me up shit creek as all my work contacts are there. anyone know how to solve this. By the way phone was ok last night, just when i turned it on today

Under a yr old? - Get it sent for repair at no cost?
Insured? - Say you lost it and get another (small cost to you!)
