yes its a "mod" but if u put it on a corsa then it looks like a CORSA GSI so how can u say its a mod to dislike? A gsi kit on a tigra yeah. But essentialy its a mod, but its just like making a pre 97 car a post 97 car and saying its a "mod"
i disagree on the count technicaly its standard your just swopping bits
but why put a GSi kit on a 1.2 Corsa?
Like a fake cossie. Cossie looks with a sewing machine motor under the bonnet.
Not saying GSi's are fast but replicas suck ass.
so your saying anyone that cant afford a quick car has to have something that looks shite as well?
no. wait till you can afford somat decent. GSI kitted Corsa that's really a 1.2?
what is the point? Just save up an buy a friggin GSi.
Sourcing the bits and having them fitted/sprayed etc, could have probably bought a GSi in the first place.
I have never seen the point in making cars look like something they're not.
Ie:
355 Kitted MR2s. a 2.0 turbo sounds nothing like a Ferrari V8 so what's the point?
so yes then. a 17/18 year old cant afford to insure a GSi!
I think making a 1.2 corsa look like a GSi and making an MR2 look like an F355 are 2 completly different things tbh.
I suppose from an insurance point of view. Down to personal preference i suppose.
I personally wouldn't make a corsa look like a GSi, just because I couldn't afford to insure one.
making the car look like something it isn't just seems gay to me.
I'm suprised Escort cossies haven't depreciated so much as there are more replicas than real ones these days.
can i just say why are you even on here? if you dont like modifing cars then go onto another website? as far as i can see you've got tints but what you trying to do turn it into a limo?
i cant afford to insure a GSI and the bumper was avalibe so i bought and i think it looks nice. so thats why i have put it on.

I do like modifying cars just not turning them into something they're not. I mean, turning a bog standard corsa into a GSi replica is as original as fitting speedlines or softstars.
And for your info, I bought the car as it is now, just changed the wheels. It seems you have missed my point entirely.

Cant believe no one has said big bonnet vents like scoob, evo, pulsar on your run of the mill fiesta 1.3 endura!
Another thing that winds me up is "baby on board" signs. Just because you have a fucking sprog in does not mean im going to drive like a mary-anne near you. If having a kid in your car takes you to the extent where you need to advertise the fact to make other drivers around you aware of it and not to damage poor baby chardanay, dont take the fucking thing out with you!!
