I love the fact that all the papers are saying its being scaled down, yet its still planned to be atleast 70,000 seater when all we have permission for is 61,000. So an extra 9,000 is scaling down?!

Its only the actual design which is being scaled down, which TBH I would rather happen then have some stupid elaborate design that costs an extra £100m but brings in fuck all extra cash.
