i could blu-tack some to my bonnet and feed water from a bottle tied to the bumper, even easier.

get a fruit shoot bottle...preferably empty but up to you, fill with water if emptying keep in close contact ie. door pocket at all times and when you cant see anymore lean your arm out the window and squirt it on ya window ya self...turn on wipers and voila! lol

feeling a need for adventure? wanting to bring out the RAMBO in u?
y not use the super soaker 3000 and 10
does the same job as the fruit shoot bottle but with more excitement
no purchase nessesary
