Well yesterday i got an unexpected phonecall from T-Mobile.
They were responding to a customer service questionaire i had took part in a couple weeks ago and they were very keen to know why i thought their service was so bad so......
I explained how my new phone (which was replacing a previous faulty handset) had been returned for repair 3 times, yet came back still faulty each time! I had a bit of a rant at her and told her i wouldnt be staying with T-Mobile when renewal comes up.
They then decided as a good will gesture to pay this months bill for me so my phone is finally fixed and ive got £40 in my pocket.
Think ill get myself an xmas prezzie.

I think its just a ploy to try and get me to stay with them.
Still £40 is £40
