Hybrid turbo seems a good price. Where is that from if you dont mind me asking?

Your Astra will pull your corsa anyway, my vec pulled my mk1 from south wales and didnt phase it

can you not fit the turbo off the y22dtr its a veri vein garret tubro, and the 2.2s rip

its a y22dtr you want not dth

and the 2.2 is just a bored out 2.0? so should fit

Different numbers but no pic. So i wouldn't know if it fits or not. I'll be asking all those questions next week when they are open.

I have been told a story where a Fiat Seicento used the turbo from my engine (Y20DTH) but used the turbine from a TD5 disco to make it better or something like that.

no idea, all i no is the dtr's run a veri vein turbo, and they have no lag like the 2.0dth and boost all the way to nealy 5krpm

i did have a fooked one at some point, but i think i chucked it out, else you could of had it rebuilt

Do'h. I'll look into that. I have the exhaust manifold off anyway. If things are different, i'm sure i can make them fit and work.

(now where's that big hammer)
