Yeah they neglect to mention on the adverts etc that with freeview you only get one godamned channel Tbh the service is pretty piss poor anyway. Everytime there is a big event on, I have to go and work in the Customer Services department. There hasn't been any one big event where it hasn't cut out at some point Then we are inundated with calls and our standard answer (I kid you not) is we will re-send the signal Even when it's not the signal that has crashed SHOCKING service tbh.
