hi guys,

im a newbie when it comes to photography and only have a cheap digital camera. i was wondering if there were any websites which would offer tips on photography basics and how to achieve different effects on photographs

Same here, but I just wacked 'photography tutorials' into Google - first result is pretty much spot on
