you need to download sopcast, or which ever player the chanel you have chosen is using

I use the second one.

It can be bad sometimes. Bearable when Sky aren't showing the game though, certainly not worth cancelling Sky Sports for!

I noticed that Sopcast doesn't work with Firefox, as when I click a stream it tells me I need to download the webplayer. However opening the stream in Explorer will work for me.

Yes, Sopcast only works in IE.
