just talking from experience, its annoying when customers bring part numbers for us to order then decide theyre the wrong parts...

I'll do it the old fashioned way then! I thought it may be easier/save some time if I had the part numbers ready for them.

They said that to me when i didnt have the part number!- but found out part number and it came no probs!
It is shipped over from germany though! - did you give them the part number for the opel stuff?

You would be amazed, the vauxhall garage around here is truly hopeless! I take part numbers every time I go

 strange! i know a few people of here have ordered that exact part (mudflaps) with no problems! me included!
Maybe try again?, and tell them the part can actually be ordered, or try another branch?
