Many other teams will not allow this luxury - you only have to look at the likes of Spurs etc - sacking managers because they are not right up there. Exactly, and the Liverpool fans realise that firstly Rafa had to get a semi-decent team built up and could then concentrate partly on the youth set-up. So it has only been the last 18months that we have seen some really good young talent come on board.
The only problem is if the owners realise this, but from all the things I hear Foster Gillett (George Gilletts son who is living over here running things) is a strong beleiver of Rafa and the signing of the worlds best talent.
