started again tonight after not trainging for approx 3 years.
didnt lift anything really straining tonight as dont wanna bust up on the first night. bought some true mass protein drink and just had the first hit.
ready to sleep/throw up lol cant wait till 2moro night

havent finalised a routine as such yet but think were gonna do mon on, tues on wed off and fri on and then the odd sat morning..
doing seperate muscle groups diff days

I had 3 weeks off over xmas, went back on my first week back at work and went way OTT, hurt my hand benching and didn't let it heal properly, few days later put up my new heavy bag and did a 20min session on it, woke up the next morning with elephant man hand! So i've now had to take more time off for it to heal, injuries are really fucking me off now
