so i'd just take it to an engineer and say i want these redrilling to pcd 100 :S

And he'd probably say WTF.
Go to an engineers shop and tell them what you want doing. i.e. holes bigger or whatever.

and engineer will know what pcd is yea, its nothing to do with wheels it means pitched circle diameter

i have done an engineering apprentiship and i know that the term pcd is used more than just in terms of wheels, if you were to go to an engineering company with a brake disk and told them that you wanted it drilled to 4 m14 holes with a pcd 100, they would know what you ment thank you.
