narr a wont sell it there int alot about so am going to get it painted better and have it fitted to my car a dont like what evryone else has if there was loads a wont use it

I don't see the point in these vents. Not unless your going to cut the inside chassis to allow the airflow into the engine. Otherwise its purley cosmetic.

Vent in the bonnet is far better. I don't like that vent at all.

u dont have to cut out mate the air will go rite in its ment 4 cars with air fillters on to give them more air

No it won't, it will hit the chassis and be forced down under the car, it won't go into the engine bay at all. Have a look behined a corsa wing (not in the engine bay, but behined the wing). You have the metal chassis, then you have the plastic inner arches. The airflow doesn't go to the engine bay at all. A bonnet vent or sealed cone is needed with air feed to the front of the car.

We had this discussion when PVD brought out the vented wings years ago.

well the sprinter vent that is in my wing u can see out of from the engine bay so am sure the cold air is going sum where and to be fair am putting it on coz it looks good its a 1.2 for god sake not intrested in going fast as u can tell hence the 1 .2 engine the vent is next to the air box

What part can you see through as this is a corsa inside wing. Behined that metal plate is the outside wing where the vent would go. The air will come in, hit that and go the only place it can escape, down...

Fit it,

Bit of cutting and the air soon gets through, got my viper sitting right behind the vent on mine, so it does have a purpose.
