Maybe strobe flash with a high sync speed capable camera - we're talking maybe 1/250th coz a lot of cameras are synced at 1/60th and if you try and capture it faster you actually get half a black frame due to the shutter being caught in the frame.
Alternatively you could try setting up in pitch black and setting the camera to a 10 second exposure and trigger the flash at a maybe 1/32 power if you have that option setting. You're gonna want a flash meter to do all this though - I use a Sekonic L508 Zoom Master.
