the cdx comes with 3 as standerd, i went the scrappy got the 3 headrests and then got the black inserts, then run you fingers along the top of your seats and you will feel the holes in the foam and then just cut the material where needed and slide the inserts in until they clip in, then wack the headrests in, quite an easy job, did it in my bros corsa

if you press down on the standard seat you can feel where the holes for them are. in the frame of the seat. well did on my old corsa sxi. i cut my seat and placed the headrests in their. i dar say the proper things would fit in to secure the headrest as well

get 3 rear headrests from a scrappy (gls model as stated) and order the guides new (about £3 each)
feel for the holes in the top of the seat, make a small cross shaped slit in the seat fabric, push the guides in until they 'click' into position, slide the headrests in

When we dismatled the seats to wrap over Neos old pre97 thingys (mine was a post 97 car), the headrest guides are just clipped into the metal frame of the seat.

Have a look in Haimseys project thread, he popped in two headrests into his SXi seats
