Just had a quick read around, and people reckon that the 360 version may be on multiple discs due to the lack of capacity on them, but the blu-ray will be on one.
They reckon PS3 will be better graphically, but the 360 will have downloads via Xbox Live, whereas the ps3 proabably won't.
Have to see what happens at release i guess 
I'm personally still getting a PS3 in a bundle anyways. Just my choice

The game has been developed on 360, tested on 360 and will have extra content - on the 360. They say there is no difference graphically though, as they didnt want to lead towards the 360/PS3, the reason the 360 has extra content is because MS payed for it

is the PS3 thats holding up the launch of GTA4 as with so many other games
apparently its been ready for release on the 360 for ages now...
