for 450'000 pounds he's not going to be a world beater.

He is at his level in Scotland.Wouldn't make it in the premiership.

imo

Im a Rangers fan by the way,and thats my honest opinion although many people will have another opinion.

I doubt many people would say he'd be a success in the Premiership when a) he isn't a first choice for Rangers and b) his goal tally in Old Firm/European games is fairly grim reading.
