What do you have in at the mo?
Difference, Inlet is more restrictive and the ports in the head are smaller.
Vauxhall managed to reduce bhp with out the torque dropping as much.

its just that ones come up for £100 with ecu transponder key e.c.u e.t.c. so thinking i mayaswell buy it if its worth it in the long run ??

Yeah go for it. Just shove one of them ebay inlets on and you'll never know.

and then a x16xe head with cams later on 
got 2.0 16v brakes and spax coilovers already too go on

Good good.
Try and get a "C" 16XE head. Ports are a little bigger and works well with porting.
Goodridge hoses?

also what about the fuel pump and fuel lines

Lines i think will be ok. But i don't know about the pump.
Might have to start a new thread asking that Q.
