right ive found this engine and am supposed too be fitting it toomorow

its a 1.6 16v out of a vectra

look like a c16 or x16 xe but i dont know

will it fit with my shafts ??

1.2 8v but i beleive it will fit anyhow as all smallblocks use the same drive shafts

obviously i'd have too change the loom fuel pump ecu transponder e.t.c.

u have to change the inlet as it hits bulk head

i got a grinder

will it fit in with my 1.2 8v gearbox ??

it fitted alrite, but just had a knocking on the bulk,

removed the loom and it was fine, but mite have been down to engine mounts ,

so oilstadman is praps rite

what engine monts can i use

obviously the gearbox ones will be the same

but can i use the top o/s one of my 1.2 or will i need one off a sport or a gsi ?

and also there are two different plugs on the engine loom one on the starter motor loom and one wich looks like its something too do with the transponder e.t.c.

and also whats that big cylindrical thing on top of the engine and where does the big pipe off that go too , its been cut off
