Our sky plus box crashed Tuesday, picture was stuttering and so was the sound
I called Sky, they do no evening or weekend appointments and we had to wait till today, Richies even taken the morning off 
Weve had no TV for 2 days  and ive missed eastenders AND the box died 10 minutes into the final episode of Ross Kemp in Afganistan
Should i claim the 2 days back, or just stfu?

They probably won’t give you any money back. It'll in the terms and conditions somewhere that they can't come out on evenings and weekends.
The best I’d hope for is a few free Box Office movies

i used to work for sky. they do offer weekends but they are snapped up really quickly. you can get refunded for your two days not a problem. my advice... is get virgin

We had someone come out on Sunday afternoon to look at our HD box.
Turned out the fuckers who fitted the Sky+ box before it the HD and extended it across the room decided to only install one new wire and just extended the other - and somehow even though its under the floor boards the join came apart
