Thanks guys, im liking that pic matt
I used a low aperature setting of 5.6 with a shutter speed of 1/6000. I had to use a high iso setting of 1600 too but there isnt much noise in it at all

oh yeah and also got a couple of mates to skim them was just a case of trial and error really with the skimming. Some came out pants as the auto focus picked up on something else in the background rather than the water splash

one of mine was unny a quick snap, there is no where to stop in the dales
have you edited them at all
thing I like about the waterfall ones is they arnt too colourfool, they look very moody to me if you get me, perfect

same here.
So we went for more of a portraitish style thingy with a person in it too if you get me. Here's a similar one i've done ages ago.....

Good focusing on the last one rob, be nice if the sun was out to add some light as its all a bit flat.

I agree with you there jonny, i can make it look a bit warmer using the raw editor but looses some of the quality. I might try adding some filtered colour through photoshop though

I had the tripod out with me for the waterfall shots, im suprised how well yours came out for just a quick snap mate, good work I havent touched them with photoshop too which is a first for me (ok i added a border with photoshop lol)

I used my tripod but I wasnt really out looking for pics, I just had it in the car so I thought Id try it, got me feet wet though

i was paranoid about walking down to the riverside incase i slipped with the camera round my neck, luckily it didnt happen lol
