when im on msn with my cam and person im talkin to has theres on my PC crashes and restarts its self. It comes up with a blue screen for about half a second then re-starts. It says something but its to quick for me to read it.
Any ideas please? its bloody anoying

Usually blue screen is a corruption in the windows your running.

sounds like the driver isnt fully compatible with the windows version your running

take it back
if you modify the registry you can stop it auto rebooting and read what the error is saying
Start>Run>'regedit'
On the left go through
HKEY_LocalMachine>System>CurrentControlSet>Control>CrashControl
and set AutoReboot to 0

you can do that through the advanced tab under my computer properties too

Ive had this webcam on this pc running XP for ages, just last few weeks its started fucking up.

Try plugging it in to another USB port. sounds stupid I know, but give it a go
