Hi All, Im wondering how many original Corsa GSi's are left in the uk.
Except for mine and my friends I very very rarely ever see them on the road.
Is there a way I could find out?

Well thats not a very good attitude to have about a corsa when your on a corsa site!!!
The reason I was wondering is that I have a 93 smoke grey gsi and am thinking that I might take it of the road and start changing it back to 100% original out of the factory but with all the optional extra Irmscher trim bits. i.e. carbon dash etc.. and just use it as a show car.
If I do this and keep the car for a further 5 years and more then I reckon it'll start to make me money.

I'll save you some time and tell you that a standard corsa will not start making you money in a few years, you'd never get back what you paid for the bits let alone any extra on top.

why not? mint nova gsi's are starting to fetch fairly decent money same as astra gte. so dont see why a corsa gsi standard in few years time wont???

My plan is to never sell the car but keep it and just take it to shows so kids in 10yrs will look at it and go 'Now thats old skool' like I do at shows when I see mk1 cavaliers and manta's.
