I broke mine last night
I think this will probably turn into a pain to fix. The PC won't turn on now....
Just want to know if anyone has done it before, and what was it like to fix lol.

How exactly is it broken?
They're normally only connected to the motherboard with a single wire, buying a new cheapo case to steal the switch off will probably best, or buy a decent case and transfer your hardware accross.

Yes, they are normally just a simple push to make switch, pennies at Maplins. They are normally two pin plugs on the motherboard

The power button itself is usually only a piece of plastic that sits over a switch. If the button is broke then remove it. You may be able to just manually get to the switch and push it in.

as people have said above they are pence.
Its looking for a bridge between the two contacts, so simply remove the two wires from the button and touch the end of the wires together when you wish to start it.
There wont be any voltage there, its just a contact.
