Im in the middle of renovating and puttin in a new kitchen. I think i'm gonna go for a Gloss Cream but just wanted some suggestions on what colour floor tile to have. Room is just over 3m square but ceiling isnt that high. Just wondered what others would go for? Cheers

Parents have got a slate tiled floor with cream units.

I'm guessing their kitchen is bigger that 3x3m though 
Rule of thumb = the smaller the room the lighter the floor colour 
If you have an accent coulour go for a shade of that.

Im needing light colours all thro the house really...you do get the sun on the back (where the kitchen is) but not till late afternoon.

we had cream walls a just 1 wall painted red with white tiles...

i've just bought some "carbon effect" tiles, basically black with white splodges, look and feel very nice.
