How do you do this? I presume you can. Cant seem to find anything in any of the tool bars

I presume you can choose the axis you want to mirror etc

Edit - Transform

You can filp vertical or horizontal if that what you mean

You can also rotate to a specific angle

Edit - Transform - Rotate

In the top bar you can type in the angle of rotation

no its not.

I mean for example if you have drawn a semi cirle and you want to then turn this into a full cirle using some type of mirroring effect.

How would you do that?

Cut the image in half.
Duplicate the layer, then flip it.

If you've drawn a semi circle, duplicate the layer, then flip the copy.
