I knw this is been explain loads of times ..

But what do i look in to then buy a camera for long exposures...

as im just looking on the bay atm and i know u can get some good bargains from there..

That only does 3 seconds, so not long enough.
And it looks very dated.

What you are looking for is Manually adjustable shutter speeds - in that link it says 3 seconds to 1/1000 of a second.

I'd check Amazon for the right kind of camera then see if you can find the same on Ebay if you must.
