how do i change settings so that when i load up my pictures folder and look at pics, i can see i small thumbnail of pic?

pain having to keep loading them to see what each pic is

tried that, that just zooms in
see pic below, i want a thumbnail view of pics when i load picture folder

You will get a thumbnail view if you wait and let the thumbnails load.
