hey all 2day my dvd drive wouldnt alow me to put anything on a disk, any idea wat could be causing this?
it reads from disks fine but as soon as i try burning a disk weather it be mp3 or data it wont let me and i keep getting errors asking me to quit or re-try
im running windows xp home
anyhelp appreciated

Have you used that brand of Disc before now?
Do a different brand of discs work?
Have you tried it on a lower speed?
What program you using to burn the discs?

I got this. Fucked around for a while reinstalling drivers etc and it still wouldnt write, so just bought a new one.
They're only between £10-15 for a cheap one. I got a Pioneer one for £20.
