I could sell my house and buy a 2003 Gallardo but thats not affording one in the way the guy at the staty has, Is it?
Sorry mate but your wrong, so are the other people that said he couldn't afford it. I know its irrelevent but you can pick up a reasonable age/mileage murcialago for around 150K. So if he sold the house in Audley based on its estimated value then he'd easily be able to afford the car and insurance and have money to spare for servicing etc.
Bearing in mind he said he has the second house plus the place with his mum... 'nuff said.

the audley one is a dive, its like a run down big house with a barn but masses of land.
And just as a side though, but have you ever though about developing this place, maybe splitting the land and converting the barn. Would be a spot on way to make a bit more money out of it and if you play your cards right then you could be sorted for life.

The 4 centre exit exhausts are aftermarket and are only available as aftermarket.

someone else who sees where im comin from!!!
with the audley one its just sat there, we were told not too dell the land as it'll be worth loads. i suppose really i should ask the old man when i see him what he thinks, but i see him rarely, as he is an architect.
i have no clue when it comes to stuff like this.

I was just about to post something along those lines ed.
A guy who works for vodafone selling contracts cannot afford a 150k car no matter how many houses he claims he owns.

You may be able to raise the money to pay for it. But the kind of person who is going to buy a car like that isn't going to have to sell a house, it's not going to affect thier life in any way because these are expensive. Selling a house to buy a car is hardly affording it. Especially as they cost £2k every 5000 odd miles for servicing and they probably do a clutch every year which is an engine out job...

fuck me internet warriors or what.
the guy stated nobody could afford one.
if i sold one house and got the cash i could. it was merely pointing out his ignorance.
its like sayin someone cant afford a house cuz they would struggle each month.
u all need chill out.
