Well after a very very very long wait I should be moving into my new house a week friday. Its a 3 bedroom semi, front and back garden and the best part...... A GARAGE!!!

I actually put an offer in before the whole credic crunch and had it for 10k under listed price.

I cant wait now, needs some work so will be getting the sledge hammer out

My solicitors fees for the purchase are £575, same for the sale of our current house, hopefully we're stamp exempt, but what will really cheese me off is paying the estate agent £1500 for advertising my house on the internet for almost 12 months and putting it in the paper every 2 weeks.... value for money? hmmmmm
