I did another project a few months ago but never updated it so ill start again.
i bought this very tidy shell that someone had clearly spent alot of time and money on doing.
The previous history to it as i know is that it had an XE on throttle bodies not really sure.
my plans are a c20let with a few tricky bits on the way for it.

bits i have so far-
c20let
bilstein coilovers
ap bells and discs
hi spec 4 pot calipers
few gsi bits

Bit of an update froma about 5 minuets ago haha

Just a few pictures of the progress so far really
not had chance to touch it since easter as iv had uni etc but as i have broke up now im looking at spending alot of time on it

I had a few problems with the block of the origanal engine as it was scrap pretty much so it took me a long time to find a decent engine and came accross a very tidy 8v engine which i used and came out very nice

As it stands at the moment


Thats about it kids relly untill next time try and get cracking on it very soon

well i dunno how it will look to be honest, i have a set of speedlines but i dunno if ill go for them yet i was thinking going back to 15'' but we shall see, i think white speedlines would look cool

Numberplate looks familiar - Chris Tunnicliffes old shell?
He's from Birmingham way i think?

chris's old shell got scrapped, if your talking about the blue one, as it was rotten iirc

reg if blue on was : J350 RHA

and the white one, was H329 CFR

nah thats a bumper off a car i have that i smoked around in for a while then broke for bits for this one. the plate on this one is NOV 6M hence the title

bit of an update today.
i spent a bit of time sorting the loom out and got all the engine bay wiring sorted, got the engine to turn over on the starter but not to fire just yet as there are still a couple of power cables i need to sort. so its looking like she will turn over im pretty happy with that

bit of an update on 3/6/08

started looking at the wiring and wear i can route it, sorted the ecu bung hole and routed the loom


put the car loom on and started fitting my dash
this is all in now but didnt get any pics of it in



started to cut out the front panel for the induction pipe to the turbo this was a bit of a job for mr angle grinder





got her out into the day light, its been a while





gona attempt the fuel lines and pump and filter tomorrow see if i can get it running
