how easy is it to do

or more importantly if i dont like it how easy will it be to re asemble+put back on to the boot

Easy as anything m8.

Take the inner boot lining out and then take the nut to take the earth of.

Then unplug the connector, unscrew the motor itself then disconnect the wiper arm and done!

Just remember the grommet and to ensure you keep the earth that needs to be there earthed!
