Hi all,

I got the X14XE at the moment and would like to tune it and possible enter a few 1/4 miles with it but would like to take the engine tuning quite serious.

So i was going to stick the X16XE in there as it's got more potential etc.

But looking at tax now for it it'll be £200 by April 2010 as compared to my X14XE being £120 by that time (according to parkers)

So after some opinions really if it be worth it in the long run or if i should stick to the X14XE when i would rather the X16XE?

Cheers all

Well i would like to 1.6 and see how far i could potentially go with it as theres quite alot of scope tuning wise with it, tho an XE would be far better off!

But wanna see how far i could do a 1.6 first, to learn the ropes as they say before xe or even let ing it!

1.6 ftw. Iirc tax for your car won't go up that much because it's pre 2001 (?) Where as they're taking the piss with mine

XE would be better for the strip imo
