K.O refurb is meant to be good, but they quoted me £65.
wheel is only 15"

I've used BJV a few times in the past and have been impressed.
Their prices have gone up recently, but they're still pretty cheap.
Do freee collection/delivery within 40 miles of Hemel too,

probab, but they have a minimum charge of £40 iirc, and that's more than the cost of a single wheel
