Got a small problem with my rear lights.

When i put them back in from the respray they arent working fully. The brake light is working and the regular lights are working along with the indicators but it wont show reveerse light, its not the buld.

Please help

Check the connections to the number plate light, they can rust through and if you pulling the wires to get the rears out has disturbed these, you'll lose one of the lights IIRC.

Check also that the metal contacts inside the bulb holder are making proper contact with the bulb base.

is this on both sides or just one cluster? If its both there is a good chance the reverse light switch on the gearbox has gone, common vauxhall fault tbh

if it doesnt have a number plate light in at the moment would that make a difference?

I dont fully understand why the numberplate light would effect it?

I changed my lights to my clear MHW's now my reverse lights and my passenger side fog doesnt work

It's all linked, One of my connections there broke and affected the other lights.

Could be the fuse, or also theres a switch under the brake pedal, could be that, happened with mine when i changed my lights, it stopped it from using the indacators and brake lights etc.

I did this but then when you turn the regular lights on the reverse light comes on all the time
